In Loving Memory
On October 9, 2019, we lost my dad and law partner, Stuart Eisenberg.
Stuart was an educated consumer attorney, representing clients in thousands of cases over the course of five decades. He dedicated his life to protecting and serving both individuals and communities, earning recognition as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, Trial Lawyer Honorary Society. He authored several publications on different areas of the law.
He served as a proud member of the Alumni Board of The Hun School of Princeton, New Jersey. He was equally proud of his service in the United States Army from which he was honorably discharged in 1966. He was also a member in good standing of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Bankruptcy Conference for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He was actively involved with multiple community programs, supporting both the Arts and Cancer Research.
Stuart consistently raised the standards of his practice and valued the relationships he formed with clients and fellow legal professionals. His outlook on work and life was always met with optimism and humor. His contributions to his firm and his field are invaluable, and his support of those he loved will never be forgotten. We pledge to continue serving our clients and communities with the same passion, energy, and commitment he demonstrated every day.
